How to receive your order

Shipping methods

Our company cooperates with ACS and ELTA Courier companies. Delivery time is always measured in business days and from the day the order is shipped (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account when calculating the delivery time). The Company always delivers the packages to the carrier for shipment on the next working day from that of the order and the Customer is immediately informed with the shipment number. In the event of an emergency or force majeure that would delay receipt, the Online Store is not considered responsible.

Delivery by Courier

Delivery: 1-3 working days

Shipping Costs: Free (for purchases over €30)

Cash on delivery: €2.00 (regardless of the order amount)

Delivery: The exact delivery time is calculated depending on the shipping address and you will be informed about it by the courier company.
